  • The extra virgin olive oil is obtained directly from the fruit of the olive tree through an exclusively mechanical process. In order to preserve the fruit as much as possible, Bjelica olives are picked by hand. Thanks to modern technology and reduced water consumption, the antioxidants (polyphenols) in the olive oil are preserved and it retains its exquisite fullness of flavor.

  • Its smell and taste are reminiscent of fresh olive fruit, vanilla and chicory, as well as aromatic herbs with moderate bitterness and spiciness.

  • Familia is excellent with roasted veal and lamb, asparagus, various fish dishes and risotto, and is also suitable for enhancing grilled vegetables and soups.
