  • The olive oil is obtained directly from the fruit of the olive tree through an exclusively mechanical process. Thanks to modern technology and reduced water consumption, the antioxidants (polyphenols) in the olive oil are preserved and it retains its exquisite fullness of flavor.

  • Bjelica: Strong, bitter and spicy taste. Light green color with notes of artichoke and freshly cut grass.

    Buza: Sweet fruit flavor with notes of freshly cut grass and green apples.

    Cuvée: olive oil from 4 varieties, Bjelica, Buza, Frantoio and Leccino. Intense green color, mild notes of grass and fresh vegetables, of milder intensity.
