Each olive grove, a story

The care that goes into each olive gives each drop its perfect taste

More than 400 years ago, the ancestors of Loris Bajkin settled in the region of Istria. Today, not only the olive oil bears the name Bajkin, but also their road and the small town of Bajkini in the hilly northwest of Istria. Their deep roots are symbolically represented in their logo, as well as the olive tree, as a sign of permanence, fertility and health.

The family business OPG Bajkin Loris began its exciting journey back in the 90s. The first olive trees were planted mainly for their own consumption, but over time the love and passion for olive growing and for the precious olive oil grew. Today the olive groves extend over five different locations and count over 2000 olive trees. Each olive grove tells its own story and has a unique character, offering a variety of flavors and aromas.

The high quality olive oil of organic quality, is grown in an environmentally sustainable way, where the protection and conservation of natural resources is of great importance. For this reason, the family business has applied for organic certification and already follows the required standards and guidelines.

The desire of the family Bajkin is to grow premium extra virgin olive oil that conquers the palates of gourmets around the world. They strive to combine tradition and modernity so that every drop of their olive oil, carries the story of their passion and dedication.

We are absolutely delighted with the beautifully designed labels! With great attention to detail, each variety of Bajkin olive oil, tells its own story!
