The Al Torcio oil mill is located in the picturesque coastal town of Novigrad on the west coast of Istria. With state-of-the-art technology and sustainable care of the olive groves, Đurđica Beletić and her family are dedicated to realizing the dreams and visions of her late husband and father. They produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil, which is known far beyond the country's borders and has won numerous prizes at international olive oil competitions.

The oil mill is equipped with the latest technology, which enables gentle processing with low power consumption and without the addition of water, thus preserving the valuable polyphenols.

The family philosophy of "from the field to the table" is also reflected in the hand-picked harvest and the immediate processing of the olives. This care guarantees the high quality and unique aromas of the olive oil. The family cultivates a 5-hectare olive grove with around 1700 trees and produces eight different, single-variety olive oils.
